Chamomile is widely used in sun screen lotions and make-up removers. Chamomile oil balances the oil production of the skin, it helps reduce acne, also provides a natural glow to the skin. Chamomile oil repairs skin tissue and helps in cell regeneration and calms down inflammation in the skin that causes redness.

Get passed it, you will be so relieved, the pain will ease.
Draw a bath, add chamomile oil, relax and breathe.
