 Eucalyptus essential oil, contains antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic constituents, which provide significant relief from joint and muscle pain. The cooling and refreshing synergy, reduces stress and alleviates mental exhaustion.  Eucalyptus essential oil must be diluted before rubbing on your skin, use 10 drops to an ounce of carrier oil. Use in the bath, diffuser, or in a carrier oil. Use circular motions to apply eucalyptus oil to affected areas and on reflex points to relieve muscle and joint discomfort. 

 Peppermint Essential Oil contains menthol and menthone which make it a great choice for relieving discomfort associated with aches, pains, and inflammation. 

 Clary Sage Essential Oil is a potent anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic agent making it effective for the relief of aches, pains, and muscle spasms. It is soothing on the skin should only be used in small amounts, 7 drops to an ounce of carrier oil. 

 Try our Clary Sage Hydrosol Mist for discomforting skin issues, such as eczema.  Spray affected areas as often as desired for relief from the annoying itch. Also, mist Clary Sage Hydrosol onto your face and breath the mist through your nose. It helps open air passages for dry sinus cavities. For congestion spray frequently until you feel relief. I used ½ an ounce of the spray, misting frequently for about 15 minutes and it drained and opened air passages. I slept all night and could breathe through my nose. I had a cold at the time I tried Clary Sage to open my sinuses.  



 Lavender Essential oil works for relief from inflammation and joint discomfort. Small amounts, one to two drops of this undiluted oil can be used to provide relief from aches and pains.  Diffuse lavender essential oil to promote relaxation and sound sleep. 

Rosemary Essential Oil contains antioxidants, which help remove toxins from the body while boosting immune system function. In addition, rosemary essential oil contains potent anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Rosemary Essential Oil is most beneficial when applied directly to affected areas or added to bathwater. For topical application, dilute the oil with a carrier oil and gently massage onto the skin. 


Cedarwood Essential Oil is strengthening and considered a tonic for nervous debility, poor concentration, and lower back ache. It also has a holistic tonifying effect, helping you focus.
